Property Design Staging /Styling
Property design or staging is an effective process whereby a space is updated or refurbished giving it a good layout, flow and visual aesthetics. We source or rent furniture and elements to style or design the space by adding elements such as furniture, flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, window treatments, fixtures and furnishings to enhance the space.
The service will benefit private homeowners or renters who are looking to refresh their home back to a good design and trend. Property Agents or Developers who want to stage or style a property to give a clear view of a space, attract a buyer or renters and promote a quick sale.
Our design service fee per room starts from £220-£320. We'll deduct the fee out from the totals if you spend an average of £6000 per room.
Window Treatment
We provide bespoke window treatment service for small projects such as curtains, blinds and plantation shutters.
The products we use are timeless, durable, versatile, practical and functional.
They range from curtains, blinds and plantation shutters in faux or real wood and fabrics which provide light control, privacy or just for window dressing.
Bespoke Furniture Design & Restoration
We Restore, Refurbish, Revive and Redesign old or new furniture and create a one off piece. We use various craftsmanship and painting techniques to design and give the piece a new life again.
This process enhances the furniture by adding colour, reviving its original colour and restoring if the item is damaged.
We do charge an hourly rate if it's a single piece of furniture and a one off fee if it's more than one item.
It's a sustainable way to prevent these furniture ending up in the landfill.

Concept & Colour Scheme Design
We collect information from the client and use our professional knowledge and skills to bring their project together and create a concept, mood board, colour scheme and budget that is representative of the project that gives a clear path and vision of the project.
This is a process whereby we present a collective details of samples materials, products, texture and hue of shade and tone pallets for the design.
Architecture Drawing, Design Planning And Layout
We provide Architecture Interior Drawings, CAD, Sketches, Innovative Design Interiors, Design layout, Design Lighting, Window Treatment Design and Floor and Wall Covering
We starts with Initial Design Consultation, Budget Plan, Design Concept and Scheme, Interior Design Drawings, Plan and layout of Lighting, Bespoke Design, Equipment, Furniture, Fixtures, Window Treatment, Wall and Floor Coverings.

Project Management
As a designer, my main goal is to achieve optimal results which involve strategic planning that deliver seamless coordination, organise tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure all projects are within timeline, budget and the avoid the risks of extra or unnecessary cost. In collaboration, l work closely with the architect, coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, trades and specialists to ensure schedules, budgets, compliance with scope and relevant planning laws are not delayed. I will outline factors of the project goals and objectives to deliver exceptional results by overseeing each stage process and progress of the design development.
